Delivery and Returns

All orders are shipped via GLS Slovenia.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within up to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • In case of a high volume of orders, processing time may be extended. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • The expected delivery time with GLS Slovenia is 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery: €4.00

  • Secure delivery (fragile items – wax bouquets): €6.90

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address before placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.

Damages During Transport

If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please:

  1. Immediately notify the GLS courier.

  2. Take a photo of the damaged packaging and product.

  3. Contact us at info@fiamma.si with the details.

Personal Pickup

Available by prior arrangement in the Maribor area.

Returns & Exchanges

Right to Return

In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers have the right to return an unused, undamaged product within 14 days of receiving it, without stating a reason.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Candles that have been lit or used.

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@fiamma.si with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the product securely and ship it to our address (provided via email).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your bank account.

Complaints & Incorrect Products

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Attach photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number.
