The Fiamma Candles online store operates in accordance with applicable Slovenian law and strives for clear and transparent business practices. All information published on the website is for informational purposes only and may be subject to change at any time.

2. ORDERING AND DELIVERY

An order is considered placed once the customer receives a confirmation email.

The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and the logistics of the delivery service.

The seller is not responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrectly provided address. The customer must ensure the accuracy of the delivery details. If a package is returned due to incorrect details, the cost of reshipping is borne by the customer.

Personal pickup is available by prior arrangement (in the Maribor area).

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

Payment can be made via Stripe, bank transfer, or other payment methods available at checkout.

The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. RETURN POLICY

Customers have the right to return undamaged and unused products within 14 days of receiving the package.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

To receive a refund, the customer must provide the seller with their personal details and IBAN for the transaction.

Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns.

5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Upon receiving the package, the customer should check its contents. In the event of a damaged shipment, the customer must immediately notify the delivery service and the seller, providing photos of the damaged products.

For defects or incorrect items received, the customer must contact the seller within 48 hours of delivery at info@fiamma.si.

6. DATA PROTECTION

The seller is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Personal data will only be used for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

Fiamma Candles reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions without prior notice.
